Our design / contracts team has over 30 years’ experience in the design and build of M&E services within all types of commercial and industrial buildings.

For example, Royal Navy Portsmouth, DEFRA Guildford, and RNLI Cowes are some of our high profile industrial projects. Our skills range from conception of design through completion of the works, including the management of the construction works, and if required, the actual installation works are carried out by our tradesmen. All of the design team members are qualified within the Building Services Industry and take regular update courses to keep abreast of current standards and new working methods. Our in-house controls team design and build HVAC control panels to our clients’ requirements. We advise on energy saving methods which can be incorporated within the project. All panels are built to the standards laid down by the ECA. We are a member of the ECA Control Systems.
